Balfour High Col
Skiers approach the Balfour High Col from the North during the Wapta traverse in Feb 2005. They are above the worst crevasses but note the debris from Mt Balfour to the right of the photo. At about 8000 feet, this col can be tricky to negotiate especially in low cloud.
