Mistaya Lodge Off-Trail skiing on 25-Feb-2023

Nothing could be finer than a guided catered trip. There were 7 Ramblers and 7 non Ramblers on the trip. A Guide Kirsten , assistant guide Les ,two tail gunners and a wonderful cook. They were up at 6:30 in the AM and finished at 8:30 pm. Meanwhile we just had to work at having fun. A meter fifty at treeline and 35 cm of new snow over the week. Considerable moderate, moderate. The skiing was delightful . We split into an A team and a B team. Early departures were guided back to the lodge by one of the tail gunners . The meals were fantastic . When you could see it, incredible scenery.
