A good sized group set out from the Mt Lipsett trailhead shortly after 10am. The lower part of the trail was quite wet and muddy. Most of the group was happy to take their time up to treeline where we stopped for a break and to admire all the flowers.

After break, we set off for the summit where the first of the group arrived around 12:50pm. The wind was light so we were able to sit out in the open and admire the expansive view.

The group seemed much faster on the way down and we were back to the cars around 4pm.

Thanks to a great group for putting up with me when the original coordinator had to bail at the last minute due illness.
