After a day of rain, Friday was lovely with comfortable temperatures, dry trails. Masses of yellow buffalo beans everywhere.

We set a very leisurely pace to accommodate the coordinator (still re-learning to hike) and did the big loop. Lunch at the west viewpoint with swallows darting around.
