Last time we did this one we had hazy conditions from the BC forest fires.Not this time ,just a perfect bluebird day.We made good time to the old fire lookout and from there to Paget peak , some on the trail that bypasses the false summit and others following the ridge to the false and true summits.After regrouping and snacks we continued on the so called North ridge , mostly easy walking with occasional bouldery sections.Past the last dip we ascended the last and steepest slope to the high point. On return we took the wide ramp west and below the ridge and without rushing were back at the cars shortly past 5.
