We had a pleasant hike up Cox hill today in good weather. The wind was a bit chilly at the top but we settled out of the wind for a short lunch break. On the way down we descended via open grassy slopes then went right with some bushwhacking before rejoining the main trail. It was an interesting diversion from staying on the main trail the whole way.
