Jeannette approaches Mt Lawrence Grassi North summit
Mt Lawrence Grassi is 1000m above the canal on the Smith Dorrein road. It is a steep SC5 ascent with angled rock slabs partially covered with gravel near the summit. Caution is required on these "exposed" slabs especially on descent. They could be treacherous if icy or very wet. Nowhere near as popular as nearby Ha Ling or EEOR but good views anyway.
