Powderface Ridge Off-Trail hike on 26-Jul-2026

A great short trip close to the city for a hot day, and fortunately the smoky air cleared up nicely by late morning . We walked the full length of the ridge, tagging both the lower outlier and Rainy Summit. Flowers were beautiful in the lower meadows.
