Paget Peak Off-Trail hike on 15-Jul-2026

Wonderful hikes are always showing up on the menu. With a group of six, and off we head into the forest, a good moderate to the lookout.

Above which the trail become steep, some loose scree, manageable using poles plus hands on in places towards the summit.

On decent we dropped off to the northwest, then west to reach the bench, but could of stays a little more to the right as maybe easier. A nice relaxing hike out brings us back. Was very happy to meet Nathalie, a strong hiker, as first time hiking together.
