Shunga La She Scramble on 2-Jul-2026

This is one of my favorite early season scrambles, with its relatively short drive, short approach and great rock to practice on (once you get past the initial, somewhat loose cliff band). Despite being pelted with tiny, stinging hail for 30 minutes or so on the way down, we enjoyed nice weather. It was great to meet new Rambler, Linda, and share interesting conversations especially on final kms on the road. They went by so much faster than usual. We need to grow the scrambler Rambler team and she will be a great addition!
