Healy Pass area via Healy C Off-Trail skiing on 26-Dec-2025

We had a very pleaseant day sking up Healy Creek and hitting a nice little slope before heading back.

It was slow going while we were heading in, We were not breaking trail, but there was 15 or 20cm of fresh snow in the track and some freshly downed trees. We removed one of the smaller but more difficult to go around trees and buried another.

We feared the fresh/soft snow would also make for slow going on the ski out as well, but as it turned out is was soft and fun.
