Mt Ware 593156 Off-Trail hike on 15-Nov-2025

With a reasonable forecast are day looked positive from the start. Seeing a bull moose, up close on the drive out was added feature. Taking the Gorge Creek Trail for the first part then a bushwhack upward to the trail to Little Ware. Route finding being practiced, moving forward we were soon at treeline leading to Mount Ware.

The steep grade to the summit, wind now at it's strongest, things came together for a great day.

Cold wind at our backs, mainly sunny day..

One the way out we decended to Gorge Creek Trail, following it out to complete the day. I thank those for joining on this hike. 16.4kms and 741 meters elevation, ups and downs.
