Shunga La She Scramble on 3-Jul-2025

Perfect weather and company to enjoy some extra "unnecessary, but fun" scrambling on this ridgeline. A treat to be with others who prefer to explore new routes vs. follow the arrow on a device!

The crux of this route, in my opinion, is the very loose cliff band right after you leave treeline. Once you reach the ridge, most of the rock is nice and solid, although in places very sharp (pack your scrambling gloves).

Thanks to Simon for the stats: 13.33 km, 1044 m, 7:37 (jet speed) hours and to both Simon and Maryse for sharing photos especially since I was neglectful in remembering as is often the case.
