Mt Burke Trail hike on 29-Jun-2025
Beautiful day in the mountains with 13 Ramblers and the dog Samantha. Mt. Burke never disappoints, especially when the weather is perfect. Pleasant temperatures, no smoke, gentle wind on the top, spectacular views and great group of people. It was my first hike with Ramblers 13 years ago, and also the first for 4 people on the hike. There were not many people on the trail. We started hiking about 10 am. We came down using the lower trail completing the loop at about 3:30 pm. Seven of us decided to have dinner in the Black Diamond hotel. We were back in Calgary after 6:00 pm. Great day, thank you to all the participants for joining me.
