Prairie View / Barrier lookout / Jewell Pass loop Trail hike on 24-Ma

This is not the most exciting of hikes, but the good company and conversation made for a very fine day out. We had lots of sun and not as much wind as expected for the most part, and didn't get snowed on despite the ominous clouds looming to the south all day. The trail back along the lake was hard work given the soft snow and slush, but fortunately it wasn't too muddy... but it certainly will be as this warm weather continues!
