Under a mix of sun and cloud, and a balmy 11C, we headed up the trail at about 10 am arriving on the summit of Little Arethusa at noon. We settled in for a very leisurely lunch while enjoying the scenery and listening to a lecture from Dave and Ed on the surrounding geology. Our descent included a clockwise path around the cirque to take in the spectacular fall colours, returning to the vehicles at about 2:30 pm. The cumulative elevation gain was 650m with a distance of 8.5 km. Thank you Bill for the sheep photos, and thank you all for joining me today.
