We had the perfect day today, mostly sunny but not too hot and no wind. After a couple of short breaks on the way up, we made it to the col. From there one headed directly to Miner's Peak and the rest of us went up to the summit of Ha Ling. After the enjoying the view and taking the obligatory photos, we returned to the col and headed in the other direction for the short climb to Miner's peak. At the summit of Miner's peak, we enjoyed the view while having lunch with the summit all to ourselves. On the way down, quite a few people were heading up as thunder roared in the distance. We all made it back to the cars with only a tiny spinkle of rain.
