Raven's End, Mt Yammuska. Trail hike on 3-Jun-2023

On a warm sunny day, humidity in the air the hike began so we could investigate this new trail of Raven's End. A wider trail being in place for the bigger part up to the chimney area where it changes to a TL4.

This is COOL!!! Technical Chimney on upper Ravens End. Not more than TL4, as agreed by 2 coordinators.

Maybe this is what adventure is partly made of, feet, body, and mind working as one, the trail progresses.

I would say this is a TL4 going in this area, bassically staying same to summit, where chains are.

Lots of young people here, which is nice to see, most taking the route over the chains to close the loop down below. Losse rock on trail, but still good natural rock, acting as staircase in steeper areas added for alot of fun.

High point for the day, maybe a little above Ravens End.

Just check out the dining table we were had the pleasure of sitting around, not a real shock that people feel an addrenaline rush, a natural high. Our elevation for the day was 780 meters for high point, maybe 150 meters below summit. We shall return before long to do the chain section also which most classify as a TL5. Where eagles fly. I thank those for joining me to make a fun day> Participants: Jeannette,Harold,Ross,Lenard. Scribe, Lenard.
