The weather was great on Monday for a short off trail hike up to the top of Little Lougheed.

Looking North from the top of the rock pile

Clifton at the top of the rock pileThe warm sunny weather meant that we didn't have to add any layers of clothing until we were above tree line.

Looking East towards Mount Lougheed We enjoyed a half hour break on the summit before starting our way back down.

Leaving the summit of Little LougheedThe afternoon sun filtering through the trees, made the lower section of Spencer Creek especially beautiful.
