Rain forecast for Calgary in the afternoon, appeared to be arriving earlier on highway 40, but we did the whole trip with no more than 10 raindrops.

We had a small injury to one hiker, who then returned to the parking lot. We should have known that he would find better company than us, and head off for town. (He did leave a note).

Breeze at the pass itself was chilly. But we did see lots of flowers along the way.
