Contrary to some trail description in books hike is very scenic and rewarding with stunning views in pass and gorgeous meadows just before that. A lot of waterfalls, few enjoyable snow patches and millions of glacier lillies /other flowers too/. Long lunch with spectacular show /avalanche after avalanche coming down from Mt.Ball/.
