Coppying with weather report and Parks Canada trail report I went from hiking Fairview Mt. /Monday plan/ to Giant Steps hike /Thursday trip call/ ending doing Cascade Amphitheatre on Saturday. We did go as far as possible there watching herd of 44 mountain sheep for long time. There was some ice and snow but still very good for this time of year. After lunch we ascend part of Cascade Mt. trail /we got just above tree line/. Thanks three lovely ladies for company/ any comments Carl Von?!/ .22 km, 870 m el.gain. Jeanette, Susan, Kim, IVAN.
