Descriptor of the day: Smooth. It remained overcast all day with very light snow falling. Kick and glide was very good as we started counterclockwise on Pipestone, a bit of new snow on good tracks. There was time at the junction to Mud Lake for a group photo:
No views of any peaks at Mud Lake. We cruised up to the north end where we had lunch, then down the west side of Pipestone and down Hector:
Back up west Pipestone with the grip on the hills remaining excellent, to the Pond, then across Drummond and down east Pipestone. Not very busy, we only saw 8 other skiers and one hiker all day. Thanks everyone for the company on a really good trip.
