It was a cold, windy start at the parking lot combined with a forecast of morning precipitation. Even more dire was the fact that Francisco showed up wearing long pants!

Fullerton Loop (note Francisco's long pants)

Francisco switched to shorts, so we knew that that we had a fine, sunny afternoon ahead of us.

A sunny afternoon ahead

Because of the leisurely nature of the hike, there always seemed to be lots of conversations going on. After a sunny tea break, we arrived back at the now crowded parking lot just after 2 PM.
