Warm sunny weather, no snow and no wind. Perfect day to go up Lady Macdonald to the helipad location. Very popular hike these days with the majority of the hikers being 30-40 years younger than the coordinator, and faster uphill. With years they too will slow down. It was a very enjoyable day with a beautiful view of the snow capped mountains across the valley. It was tempting to spend a very long lunch break at the top. Two fellow Ramblers arrived as we were finishing our lunch break. Thanks to my fellow participants for joining me.
