We started from the Cave Basin -25 and cold.  Luckily, the heated washrooms were open and we warmed up before staring to ski.  The five of us Sim, David, Jim and Brian and I were the only people in the parking lot.  We had metal edged skis and four of us were on tele gear and one was on Alpine Touring.  The bottom of the road up to Sulphur Mountain was rocky and on the way down we had to remove our skis.  As we climbed, the weather got warmer and the views were spectacular.  Unfortunately where Parks had thinned out the forest large trees had fallen over the road creating log jams which we either had to cross over or duck  under.  This was a problem when we were descending and in places, both {Jim } and I had to remove our skis.  There was good snow coverage as we reached the summit (5 hours).  Thanks to Dave and Jim for trail breaking and taking pictures.

The restaurant was crowded but we enjoyed the warmth before starting down.  We got to the cars at 4 pm and by now, there were a few more people milling around.  This has always been a good trip but unless the logs are removed, I would not recommend it.
Addition by Dave. Everyone did some trail breaking, thanks. Nice views.  Thanks to Christine for organizing.
