Rummel Chester
After several consecutive outings at -20, this coordinator resolved to seek more moderate temperatures and picked Sunday for the trip.
Alas and alack, the trailhead produced -25, but with blue skies we elected to push off.
The day got brighter and warmer, as we progressed through the meadow.

After the gnarly traverse through the trees, we emerged into the meadows below Three Lake Valley, and being just 1 pm,we decided to detour via Elephant Rocks.
