Five of us left Turner Valley in sunny weather and cycled along the highway towards Blue Rock campground. There was very little traffic on the road and we had a very scenic ride.
Ramblers hit the road.
When we reached the barrier, we noticed that there were many cars parked; cyclists taking advantage of the road free road to Sheep River Provincial Park. We were lucky enough to see a black bear and her two tiny cubs; a flock of sheep and a host of Ramblers cycling on the other side of the road (not the sheep but the Ramblers) We had lunch at the campground before visiting the falls
Jim.
. On the return ride, the weather started to get cloudy but we managed to cycle back without encountering any precipitation.
