Cirque-Dolomite Circuit
This winter trip is an extension of the popular classic Dolomite circuit (k200). The trip represented by the photo starts North of Bow Lake, circumvents both Cirque and Dolomite Peaks before joining the Dolomite circuit for the descent through the trees to the road. Two vehicles are needed for the short car shuttle. It can be done in a day by fast skiers but this photo was taken early on the second day of a typical Alistair weekend tour. Above the skiers are the Dolomite peaks.
