Report:

Only 10C or so when we started about 10:30, but we warmed up as we marched along.

Others must have too, as the trip was christened Scimpily-Clad Walkers in honour of the young people passing our lunch spot.

The late spring has delayed several varieties of wildflowers, but there were many kinds, including clematis.

By afternoon the crowds had grown, and temperature risen above 20, so the stream was a welcome break.
