We started at 9:20 AM from the parking lot, which was full when we arrived, and we had to park at the smaller one facing the lake. We did this hike anti-clockwise and reached the top around 11:30. At the helicopter pad there is a new sign saying "NO ENTRY BEYOND THIS POINT"

Soon after getting there, more hikers started to arrive. After about 50 minutes for lunch we followed the trail to the Jewell Pass,

where we had a short break. There were muddy sections but over all the trail was fairly dry. At the Falls we had another short break. None of us knew the name of these Falls.

The water level is very low in the lake so we were able to walk along the Lakeshore and reached our car at 3:00 PM.

On the way back to the city, the traffic was fairly heavy.
