A lovely ridgewalk spoiled only by the gale force winds.Once on the ridge proper we split the group with half going to the summit and the other half continuing down in search of a sheltered spot to rest and eat.After reuniting we descended the steep south end into the Storm creek valley where eventually we found the good trail that takes you back to the highway a short distance from the Mt. Lipset picnic area.
