Temperature and trail conditions were great for our hike to Eagle Hill. The trail was dry with only negligible mud in a few spots. The large pond at the beginning of the trail is reduced to a couple of puddles.

There were a few other hikers on the trail who went all the way to Eagle Hill and several family groups doing shorter walks from the parking lot who we encountered on the way back.

Flowers were less abundant than hoped, but we did see some, mostly in the last km of the trail on the sunny slopes where there were lots of Shooting Stars in bloom. There were also several clumps of crocuses.

It was mostly sunny, and the views as we approached our destination, and on Eagle Hill were great.
