From day to day conditions change, a window opened to clear skies, nice morning with mosquitos in full force. Lantern Creek was fairly busy, and off we went on our adventure.

A nice hike up thru timber, some meadows higher up, then the crest that drops down to the lakes.

From here we moved higher past the 2nd & 3rd lake to our lunch spot above lake number 4.

Nice conversations, some exploring for future hikes, ideas exchanged, some just laying back enjoying the beautiful views, not really any hint of smoke.
