Sunny , windy and cool at the start changing to cloudy, windy and cool at the summit. At a relaxed pace with lots of time to look at the abundant flowers it took two and a half hours to reach the high point of the ridge. For such a modest summit views are excellent all around , too bad we didn't have a blue sky day. After lunch we followed the grassy and open ridge in a northerly direction eventually intersecting the trail parallel to Fitzsimmons Creek. Back at the cars at 3:15.
