Not the most exciting or scenic trip but still a very pleasant ramble over two ridges with occasional views of the snowy mountains. The trails were quite muddy and had a few icy patches in shady spots. We had a long lunch in an open meadow at the north end of Pine ridge and another break with views on L.Prairie ridge.
