Some of our group got the last spots at Fullerton Parking around 9:45; the rest were able to park across the road at Allen Bill. Lots of people hiking and biking in this area today.

It was sunny all day and quite warm with no wind. Jackets weren't needed most of the day.

It wasn't as muddy as I had feared on the trails, and there wasn't any lingering ice. We went up via Fullerton and Bobcat, then Strange Brew. With our large group and physical distancing requirements, half the group had lunch a bit past Baruch's Corner, and the rest ate there; we joined up for a group photo at Baruch's Corner.

We returned via Sugar Momma trail. We had toyed with the idea of going back via Sugar Daddy instead, but thought the longer stretch on the Elbow trail for that route would be very muddy.

When we got back to the parking around 1:45, cars followed us to wait for our parking spots and cars were parked on the side of the highway a long way either side of the parking entrance, on both sides of the road! Those of us driving back via Bragg Creek were held up a while with the long lineup leading to the 4-way stop in the village, but the lineup on the Calgary side of that intersection was even longer, reaching back well into Redwood Meadows!

Thanks to everyone for coming and contributing to another great day in the foothills! Thanks to Madeleine for providing a photo.

Participants: Madeleine,Carmie,Linda,Robert,Photini,Douglas,Aldis,Bill,Barb,Jo and guest Enos.
