A very pleasant ridge walk in the foothills adjacent to Anchor D Ranch. Sunny sky and a gentle breeze made for great conditions, Trail was generally dry, with a few somewhat muddy valley bottoms to cross. Beautiful horses on the nearby ranch and numerous blossoms on the trail made for a lovely walk. We did the circuit, Carry Ridge to Muley Ridge, in slightly under 5 hours at a relaxed pace. Guest Michael considering joining, might become the youngest Rambler!
