At the opening of a new adventure, off to the west, breaking trail where the breeze filled in. Going threw the trees was pleasant, a few ups and downs, but on we went. The day was warm, sunny from about noon on, with the wind picking up as we crossed Moose Mountain road continuing gusty to the summit.

The pace was not fast, modest for the most, we decended down to the river, having a break, watching the water flow onward. Moving back up into the forest over the campground all went well. And then we came upon this.

Well not blocking the trail, possibly eyefully keeping lookout, on watch. We bid him well, off again back to parking area. I thank Barb & Carl for the company. The story to continue....Participants: Carl,Barb,Lenard.
