Good day with good people and good snow. Warm temps easy access that is if your coordinator doesn't get you lost .What more could you ask for . The A team did 3 laps and 970 m vertical. While the other A team did 2.6 laps and 900 m vertical. Special thanks to the trail breaking team of Andre , The young Mark and the new Guy. Thanx to Ulli and Arnold for the pics. Good snow was only found in a narrow elevation band . There exists a melt freeze rain crust at all the elevations we skied. To summarize at 1800 m 4cm snow on crust,1900 m 6cm snow on crust and at 2100 m 25 cm of delightful snow on crust. Above treeline the wind effect ranges from impenetrable boiler plate to ugly 5cm breakable windcrust .
