Participants: Ivan,Douglas,Jennifer,Janice,Margo,Yoko,CristinaWho would have thought we'd have had such a sunny hike, given that when we left YYC it was quite dismal! We started the hike at 9:30 a.m. in a counter clockwise direction and the temperature was -11 C. with a bit of fog. However, the fog soon burned off and the sun came out just in time for our early lunch break at Pine Grove where we took full advantage of the warmish, sunny weather. The trail conditions for the most part were very dry, with the odd patch of ice. There were also some fairly recently blown down trees on the latter part of the trail. We were back at the cars at 1:00 p.m.
