A rather large group for this early winter hike meant lots of visiting and a constant hum of chatter along the trail. Funny, this was a regular trip for the Ramblers about 10 years ago and was called at least once a year but many of this group had never hiked this loop!

It was a bit windy but we were sheltered for the most part. Trail conditions were excellent with little snow on the ground, although there were 3 or 4 ice flows on Windy Point trail that we had to navigate around. Temperature was 0C when we started and 5C when we got back to the cars.

Thanks to a great group for a fun day David c/s/p
