Report:

Nice leisurely day at the Zoo and warm enough to stand outside for the tiger demonstration - my what big teeth he has. The marquee exhibit of the pandas indicated they had all celebrated New Year's Eve and were sleeping it off. In the Rain Forest exhibit we were surprised to see no gorillas, only a few macaques, but the outdoor part of the exhibit was open and there were the gorillas out enjoying the relatively warm weather. The male African lions and the mountain lions were also out and about, so maybe they appreciated the warmth too.

Thanks everyone! Participants: Ron C/S/P, Barbara (photo), Ursula, Barb, Christine, Teresa, Anne, Barbara, Peter and guest Wendy.
