After a brief walk on the highway we started our climb of the easy s.w ridge

There are faint trails but if you stay near the edge a few slabs offer easy scrambling

As it was quite windy and cold we didn't linger too long on the summit

To continue the loop we descended north to a small col and then east on sketchy trails to gunnery ck. valley. We decided to return on the ridge just to the east, this proved to be a much better alternative to the trail that follows Gunnery ck.
